Choose either Fun Run or Competition Class

Tjejmilen is a race for everyone. You can decide if you want to compete for a good time and position or if you just want to take it easy and enjoy the surroundings. There are 15 different start groups for different levels of competition. However, start groups close as soon as they are full – so register in good time. You can also decide if you want to be in the Competition Class – in which case your time will appear in the official results on the website. If you want to run without recording your time, you should enter the Fun Run. In the past few years approximately 65 % of participants have entered the Competition Class.
Competition Class

Your official finish time for 10km will be recorded. You will also see your split time at 5km. These times appear in the results list on the website and also on a diploma which you can download from Tjejmilen’s website after the race. Registration in the Competition Class means that you can start in any group. However, groups 1 to 4 are reserved for the fastest runners who have achieved one of the following times in 2015 or 2016:

It is up to you to decide which group you want to start in when you register. If you can run fast, choose an early start group. If you want to walk, choose the last group.
