A team of 20 photographers took more than 200,000 photos of the runners during Tjejmilen. The photos were taken before the start, at locations along the course and at the finish line. Now you can check your photos from the race. More information

The 30th Tjejmilen will be staged on Saturday 7 September 2013. This will be a jubilee race to remember! You can find all information about next years Tjejmilen here on the website in October.

1 September 25,761 runners finished
In rainy weather, 25,761 runners finished the 29th Tjejmilen. Karoline Bjerkeli Grövdal from Norway won the race in 33.14 which is the fastest time ever recorded on the 10,000 m course. Four time winner Isabellah Andersson from Sweden finished second. Watch slide show All results in the Competition class

30 August Isabellah Andersson is going for her fifth victory
Isabellah Andersson from Sweden targets an historical fifth victory in the Tjejmilen. If she wins on Saturday she will have as many victories as Swedish runner Evy Palm. Isabellah Andersson finished 20:th in the Olympic marathon race in London this summer. Olympic 5,000 m runner Karoline Bjerkeli Grøvdal from Norway is the fastest runner in the field.
15 August 32,073 runners from 20 countries have entered
32,073 runners from 20 countries have entered Interest in the Tjejmilen is increasing. 32,073 runners from 20 countries have entered. Entries were closed 30 July when the maximum number of runners (32,000) was reached. Last year 30,576 entries from runners were accepted, the year before the number was 28,091. 59 per cent of the runners have chosen the Competition Class, 41 per cent the Fun Run.

A team of professional photographers from MarathonFoto will be at the 2012 Tjejmilen to take multiple photos of all runners at several different locations on the course as well as at the finish line. Read more

Welcome to the 29th annual Tjejmilen. 32,073 women from 20 countries have registered for this year´s race. We hope that you will enjoy the run through the royal park ”Djurgården” in Stockholm on Saturday, 1 September. The first group starts at 13.00. Race imformation

By 17 April, 15,023 runners have registered. By the same date last year the number of runners was 11,903. 32,000 runners will be accepted for the 2012 Tjejmilen.
23 January 5,023 runners have registered
By 23 January, 5,023 runners have registered for the 2012 Tjejmilen. A maximum of 31,000 runners will be accepted. So far 60 per cent of the runners have chosen the Competition Class, 40 per cent the Fun Run.
